Landscape tam

I made this tam a few years ago because my friend had a hat very similar to this that i just had to recreate.  It works best if you use landscape yarn. I have tried this with other types of yarn and it doesn't recreate that well.  But anyway here it is, please let me know if there are any errors as I am new to posting my own patterns x_X

Materials
2 skeins of landscape yarn
size 5 circular needle
size 10 circular needle
size 10 DPN
yarn needle to weave in ends

BEGIN!!

CO 72 sts with size 5 circular needle
st st   8 rows

SWITCH TO LARGER NEEDLE
(K4,M1) and repeat for the whole round (90 sts)
please note that this will be the most challenging row since it is pretty tight due to the needle change

st st 16 rows

DECREASING
continue using circular needle for as long as possible then switch to DPN

(K13, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (84)
(K12, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (78)
(K11, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (72)
(K10, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round(66)
(K9, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (60)
(K8, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (54)
(K7, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (48)
(K6, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (42)
(K5, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round(36)
(K4, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round( 30)
(K3, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round( 24)
(K2, K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round(18)
(K1,K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (12)
(K2TOG) and repeat for the whole round (6)

FINISHING!
Cut a long tail and with yarn needle, loop through last 6 stitches and finish with weaving in ends!!

On a side note, please do not sell this pattern or tams made from it !
