it's alive!!!
Okay I've received many complaints over the broken links to my patterns since I took down all my posts on this blog. So, for the time being, they are back up. Lucky for me I didn't delete any of my old posts, instead I just put them in hibernation.

What structured this
Collect it all and turn it black and white
Erase all the colors, make them hide
Look at the beginning, see the build
Observe the reason, see how it's filled
There are two dimensions to this cause
An underlying point that made it fog
See the picture, find the smudge
Look where it all became too much
It was all layered on top of a rip
That too soon expanded, making me trip
I wish I could move it, make it stop
Removing this trap that has me caught

Slimer hat
the best fingerless gloves !
I found this pattern on ravelry and I just had to make some for myself =) I had some lion "magic stripes" yarn that is meant for socks, but I thought it would look great for this pattern instead. All in all, it took a grueling 4 days to make!! And i had to wrap bandaids around some of my fingers because these suckers were knit on size 1 needles!! Totally worth it though! I wear them everywhere and i live in Oklahoma during the summertime! If that's not love then I don't what what is!

landscape mittens
I only had one skein of landscapes yarn which isn't a lot, so I searched ravelry for patterns and I found this by Minicia. These were knit on a size 10 needles so they were soo fast to make!! They are so warm too, I am really looking forward to winter!

Tina Fey's hat as seen on 30 rock
I remember seeing Liz Lemon wearing the coolest greet beanie and I am SO happy that I finally found a pattern to make it!!!!
However, I changed the pattern a little bit so that it would resemble more of liz lemon’s hat rather that a slouchy hat.
-I knit it with 2 strands to make it bulky
-I started to decrease after 4.75” of the total hat length so as to not make it slouchy
-I also shortened the decrease rows.
If you’re interested in any more details, then please let me know =)

Overall, this was a great pattern!

Super warm beanie
Instead of using a bulky yarn that the pattern called for, I just knit with 2 strands of the the lion wool-ease. I think it turned out pretty good! I can’t wait until winter because this hat is soooo warm!!

Pac man blanket
Pretty Puffs Slouchy Hat
I found this pattern on craftster by "arrghmatey" and I just had to make one for myself! I used the recommened Lion brand cashmere blend with a J hook. I think this hat is just PERFECT! It has the right amount of slouchy-ness and I think that has a lot to do with the yarn chosen.

the sweetest scarflet!
I bought some really great lion cashmere yarn for super cheap! I think it is normally around $8 a skein, but I was fortunate enough to find it for only $1 a skein! I freaked of course and loaded up my cart =) I then browsed through many great patterns on ravelry, determined to find the perfect project for such a perfect yarn and I found this awesome scarflet on ravelry designed by Kim Seio. Unfortunantly, you must have a login to view the pattern, so go make one and make this scarflet!!
**Oh and I added a cute little flower for decoration**

Ichigo is finished and ready to be viewed!
I actually finished making her awhile ago but have been really busy to take pictures! But today was pretty slow for me so I whipped out the ol' iphone camera and ta da! I got the pattern from Anapaulaoli
All I did was change the pattern (which was made to look like the prince) by using red and adding some cute white dots! no problem! I think dots might me next... He's a cute one!
